كيف يسجل الموظفون الدخول؟ How do staff log in?
يقوم المالك بإنشاء حسابات الموظفين من لوحة التحكم، مع صلاحيات لكل دور (مدير، موظف، كاشير) ومسميات تتكيف مع نوع عملك. The owner creates staff accounts from the admin panel. Each role has permissions (manager, staff, cashier), with labels that adapt to your business type.
هل يدعم الحجز بمدى تاريخ أو بفتحات زمنية؟ Does it support date-range or time-slot bookings?
نعم. أعمال التأجير تستخدم حجزاً بمدى تاريخ (من - إلى)، وأعمال الخدمات تستخدم حجزاً بفتحات زمنية محددة — كلاهما مع رفع المستندات عند الحاجة. Yes. Rental businesses use date-range bookings (from – to), and service businesses use fixed time-slot bookings — both with document uploads where needed.
هل بياناتي آمنة؟ Is my data safe?

هل أحتاج أجهزة خاصة؟ Do I need special hardware?
لا. يعمل عبر المتصفح. استخدم أجهزتك الحالية (تابلت/لابتوب) ويمكنك الإبقاء على أجهزة الدفع الحالية. No. It works in a browser. Use your existing tablets/laptops, and keep your current card terminals if you want.
