Terms of Service
1. The service
Resto Platform is software for businesses to manage menus or catalogues, orders, bookings, payments, staff and reports, and for their customers to order and book online. We provide the software; each business is the seller of its own food, products and services.
2. Business accounts
- The account owner is responsible for everything done under the business account, including by staff accounts they create.
- Keep passwords private. Accounts are locked after repeated failed sign-ins.
- Prices, taxes, menu content, opening hours and refunds are set by the business, which is responsible for them being correct and legal.
- Paid bills cannot be deleted. Mistakes are corrected with a void or refund, which is recorded in the activity log.
3. Plans and payment
Businesses pay the subscription for their plan (Basic or Gold) in advance. If a subscription is not renewed, the account is paused until payment is received. Your data is kept while the account is paused. Fees already paid are not refundable unless the law requires it.
Free demo and PayPal subscriptions. An account created through "Free 7-day trial" gets a demo business with sample data for 7 days, at no charge. Subscribing through PayPal starts a monthly subscription (Standard 39 USD, Gold 78 USD a month); the first month is free once per account, then PayPal charges the monthly price automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the dashboard or in PayPal; the business stays open until the end of the period already paid. If a demo or subscription ends and is not renewed, the business is paused, and its data is deleted 30 days later.
4. Customers
- Your order or booking is a contract with the business, not with us. Questions about food, delivery, refunds or cancellations go to the business.
- Coupon codes and loyalty points are offered by the business, can be changed or ended by it, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Do not place fake orders or misuse the service. Automated or abusive requests are blocked.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for anything illegal, to upload content you have no right to, to try to access other businesses' data, or to interfere with the service.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available and back data up daily, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. The admin panel keeps working offline for a while and syncs when the connection returns; online ordering needs an internet connection.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability to a business is limited to the fees it paid in the last three months.
8. Ending the service
A business can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or do not pay. On closure, business data is deleted after any period needed for legal records.
